Electronic Visit Verification Requirements
- Register for Tellus Claims Training here: https://4tellus.com/ahca-ba-training-resources/
- Create an ADMIN user account in Tellus with the following email address so we can assist with support issues: tellus@accupointmed.com
- Ensure all staff have performed a refresh on the AccuPoint desktop site
- Navigate to the Calendar and click CTRL+SHIFT+R to refresh
- Ensure all staff have performed a refresh on the AccuPoint mobile site
- Clear the browser cache, cookies and browsing history
- Make sure all Tellus eligible clients have the following information filled out correctly in AccuPoint:
- Medicaid Number
- First Name, Last Name
- Referring Physician NPI
- Address
- Please confirm your full 9-digit NPI Zip Code in the Tellus Claim portal -> Providers section
- Please enter a ticket at tickets@accupointmed.com with your 9 digit zip code

- Please provide us with an email address for us to send visit error notifications. Add to the 'Email Contact' tab.
