Calendar update is a tool that you can use to make mass edits to calendar sessions
- Click the Calendar Update link located under the Scheduling heading.
- Select desired date range and settings for the update.
- Click Update View. A list of calendar items generate based on the selected settings.
- Calendar update functions are activated.

Edit Sessions
- Click on the Edit Mode button.
- Make the appropriate changes (employee, service, time/date etc.)
- Scroll down and click Save and Exit.
- Click on the Edit Mode button.

Mark Sessions as Complete
- Click the Check Billable checkbox to select all sessions.
- Click Complete to complete individual sessions. Do not click the Check Billable box.
- Click Complete to complete individual sessions. Do not click the Check Billable box.
- Scroll down and click the Mark Complete button.
- Click the Check Billable checkbox to select all sessions.

Cancel Sessions
- Click Enable Cancelling.
- Click Select All to cancel all sessions.
- Click Cancel to complete individual sessions. Do not click the Select All box.
- Click Cancel to complete individual sessions. Do not click the Select All box.
- Select a cancellation reason.
- Click Cancel Selected.
- Click Enable Cancelling.

Edit Sessions
