The Hour Bank Report shows the available hours for the specified client according to the configuration of their authorization document.
- Select filters from the Dashboard.
- Client/Employee/Doctor - select Client.
- Select a Transaction - select Hour Bank Report
- Select the client and service.
- Enter Start Date and End Date fields to review hour banks from any past authorizations.
- If Start and Ends are not entered, the report will reflect hours from the most recent authorization.
- Click Update View.
- The report opens.
