Access the Calendar
- Click the Calendar link located on the left side of the dashboard.
- The user's personal calendar opens.
- Users have the ability to change calendar views, access the calendar for other clients/employees and schedule sessions from the toolbar
Calendar Views - Day, Week, Month
- View the calendar in monthly, weekly and daily formats. Click the desired view button on the calendar tool bar.
Calendar Views - Day Group and Week Group
- Click Day Group and Week Group view icons to view schedules for groups of employees.
- Click the book icon to open modal to search people and employee groups.
Access Employee Calendar
- Click People To access an individual employee’s calendar.
- Select employees from the dropdown.
Access Client’s Calendar
- Click Clients to access an individual client's calendar. The search modal opens.
- Search for the Client(s).
