- Create a single session on the calendar

- Right click the title newly created calendar item
- Click “Mark as Base” this will open the “Base Schedule – New Item” Window
- Enter the end date for your reoccurring session (if one isn’t selected, the schedule will run for 3 months from the start date).
- Select the service day for when this schedule applies.
- Click the Bi-Weekly checkbox ONLY if this event is occurring every other week.
- Flag shift.
- Press Save.
