Check Existing Support Requests (AccuPoint Legacy)

AccuPoint has created and organized a new Support Portal to easily access educational content on the product in addition to submitting and checking support requests.  

To check existing support requests:

1. 1. Sign in
      
      

      NOTE: if the sign-in box doesn’t pop-up click the Sign in link at the top right.
      If you have yet to create an account with the Help Center, click Sign up

   2. Click your name at the top right
   3. Select My Activities
