Users have the ability to deactivate & re-activate clients. They can also view active & and inactive Clients.

Deactivate a Client
- From the homepage Dashboard, select Client from the Client/Employee/Doctor dropdown menu.
- Select Edit Information from the Select a Transaction dropdown.
- Select the Client.
- Click Enter.
- Uncheck the Active box.
- Scroll down and enter the Discharge Date.
- Scroll down and click Save at bottom of page.
Re-Activate an Existing Client
- From the homepage Dashboard, select Client from the Client/Employee/Doctor dropdown menu.
- Select Edit Information from the Select a Transaction dropdown.
- Select the Client.
- Click Enter.
- Check the Active box.
- Scroll down and delete the Discharge Date.
- Scroll down and click Save at bottom of page.
Note: When you de-activate a client, you can still see them in the client dropdown menu. To sort active and inactive clients, run a client list report and sort by active, inactive, or all.
View Active Clients List
- From the homepage Dashboard, select Client from the Client/Employee/Doctor dropdown menu.
- Select Client List from the Select a Transaction dropdown.
- Click Enter.
- Select Active from the Active / Inactive dropdown.
- Click Update View.

- Select Client List from the Select a Transaction dropdown.
- Click Enter.
- Select Inactive from the Active / Inactive dropdown.
