Cancel an Appointment
- Navigate to the Calendar from the sidebar on the left.
- Select the Appointment by double-clicking on it.
The Calendar Item (Appointment) will pop up.
- Click Edit Item in the top left corner.
- Select Cancelled from the Status dropdown.
Select the Reason Cancelled from the dropdown.
Enter any additional information in Other Reason.
- Save by scrolling down to the end and clicking Save or clicking the Save button on the top left.
