Cancel an Appointment
- Navigate to the Calendar from the sidebar on the left.
- Select the Appointment by double-clicking on it.
The Calendar Item (Appointment) will pop up.
- Click Edit Item in the top left corner.
- Select Cancelled from the Status dropdown.
Select the Reason Cancelled from the dropdown.
Enter any additional information in Other Reason.
Save by scrolling down to the end and clicking Save or clicking the Save button on the top left.
